About the Role

CoolSys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team of experts in the field of commercial refrigeration and HVAC service. As a Senior Refrigeration Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment
  • Install and replace equipment as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial experience as an HVAC and refrigeration technician
  • Active EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations
