Position Overview:

As an Armed Security Agent, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our clients' safety and security. Your responsibilities will include implementing security measures, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents with professionalism. This role is situated at a high-end luxury resort and requires availability for overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards
  • Exhibit punctuality and ensure timely arrival for shifts
  • Interact courteously with clients, visitors, and colleagues
  • Accurately enforce access control measures
  • Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activities
  • Ensure security equipment is maintained and report any issues
  • Respond swiftly to security incidents and adhere to established protocols
  • Operate a Gator (cart) for patrol duties
  • Supervise onsite recreational events
  • Assist in providing information for investigations
  • Document incidents and prepare shift reports

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active TN Armed security license
  • Experience in patrol operations, surveillance, and incident management
  • Familiarity with security equipment and operational procedures
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Understanding of emergency response protocols
  • Knowledge of access control and identification verification
  • First aid, CPR, and emergency procedures knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong skills in documentation and report writing
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
