Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and hydraulic components of production presses and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with precision machinery and auxiliary equipment.
  • Conduct visual inspections and listen to machines to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with press operators and crew members to ensure efficient production.
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Perform basic welding and mechanical tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of precision test and calibration equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour night shift, including weekends and holidays.
