Senior Laboratory Supervisor

KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Supervisor to lead our medical laboratory team.

This is a full-time and permanent position located near Ruth, Nevada, offering opportunities for growth into a Lab Manager role.

We are looking for an experienced individual with prior lab experience and knowledge, holding ASCP certification (no MLT) and supervisory/lead experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

• Manage laboratory personnel, including training, development, and performance evaluations
• Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining productivity
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
