About the Role:- As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Our Physical Therapists are expected to be highly skilled, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote client recovery and independence.
- Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Accurately document client care management and services provided.
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
