About the Job

We are seeking a skilled dental hygienist to join our team at Quality Talent Group in Franklin, TN. As a dental hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:00pm, and Fridays as needed (6:30am to 2:00pm)
• Job Type: Full-time preferred, but we are open to discussing part-time opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $40-$41 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Tennessee and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

Additional Requirements

A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
