Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to member needs and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Sanitation and Safety: Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
