Maintenance Coordinator

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and implementing maintenance projects to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a daily custodial schedule to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities.
  • Work closely with staff members to identify and prioritize maintenance projects.
  • Manage supply and equipment inventory, advising Corps Officers on necessary purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Working Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines to meet.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a maintenance or custodial role.
  • A valid California Class C Driver's License, with the ability to obtain a Class B license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate various equipment.
