About the Position:

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Opa Locka, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
