Janitorial Superintendent

Devon Management is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Superintendent to oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of our apartment complexes in Orange County, NY.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing facilities and teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong understanding of maintenance procedures and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential for this role.

• Oversee daily building and grounds maintenance, including upkeep of common areas and facilities.
• Assign and supervise maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
