Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to cardiac patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Nursing, Associate's in Nursing, or higher.
  • Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
