Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs, providing accurate quotes to clients.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Maintain a well-stocked inventory of materials and supplies.
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary, ensuring high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in maintenance or related fields, preferably in a Public Housing setting.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, including power tools and hand tools.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding workloads, including lifting heavy objects.
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills.
