We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our substance treatment program. This role involves:
- Full-time commitment with two available schedules:
- Schedule 1: 4-day workweek, 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Thursday
- Schedule 2: 3-day workweek, 8 AM - 6 PM, Friday to Sunday

- Clinical responsibilities include managing new admissions and conducting follow-up assessments at a respected addiction treatment facility.
- Continuous supervision, education, and support from addiction specialist physicians and psychiatrists.
- Productivity incentive plan offering potential for additional earnings.
This position is ideal for a mid-level provider who is adept at managing mental health conditions and low-complexity primary care issues. The role suits individuals who are confident in their clinical abilities, can work independently, and are open to regular on-site responsibilities.
Given the nature of our healthcare services, strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Required qualifications for the successful candidate:
- Current NP or PA license in Texas
- Ability to multitask and manage workflow efficiently; experienced in autonomous work.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems and digital communication.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in addiction treatment, including withdrawal management
- Familiarity with medication-assisted treatment protocols, such as buprenorphine and naltrexone.
- PMHNP or PA/NP with substantial experience in treating psychiatric disorders.
