The Car Sales Consultant plays a vital role in facilitating the sales and finance process, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting lot operations and omnichannel sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the sales process to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining strong CRM output and quality
  • Utilizing trained sales skills to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Supporting the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR
  • Ensuring all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and processed
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to achieve strong NPS scores

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Car Sales Experience
  • Ability to succeed in a global matrix organization
  • Goal-oriented and able to identify and support business needs

Additional Requirements:
