We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Crystal Springs Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety in our food venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu plans that showcase local ingredients and seasonal offerings
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to plan and execute special events and catering services
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Contribute to the development of culinary standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Serve Safe Certification or equivalent
