Job Summary

The PT Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the front-end team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bagging items at checkout, restocking returns, retrieving carts from the parking lot, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Bag items at checkout, restock returns, and retrieve carts from the parking lot
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the floors, and restocking coolers
* Demonstrate good communication skills and work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job

Physical Requirements

* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
* Job cycles: continual max
* Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
* Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
* Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
* Max pull static: 20 lbs.
