Job Title: Senior Architecture Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architecture Project Manager to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our multidisciplinary firm, you will be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and providing strong technical expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results* Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers* Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet client expectations and technical requirements* Provide technical expertise and leadership to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations

Requirements

* 10-20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on architecture and construction* Strong technical expertise in AutoCAD/Revit and other relevant software* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
