Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pure Barre Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching high-energy classes, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a minimum of three classes per week, including weekend classes
  • Plan and prepare classes, including learning new choreography and executing the Pure Barre technique
  • Arrive at the studio 20 minutes prior to class and stay 10 minutes post-class to ensure a smooth and safe experience for clients
  • Attend monthly teacher meetings and continued education workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized studio
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting hand weights and demonstrating full-body movements
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and confident personality with a passion for fitness and wellness
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Dependable and strong work ethic with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Confidence to lead a group of up to 25 people and maintain a high-energy atmosphere
