Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation. This role involves repairing existing roofs and installing new ones using various materials, including tar, asphalt, shingles, gravel, metal, and single-ply roofing.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in roofing as a skilled laborer, with a strong background in running crews and operating construction tools and equipment safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install systems according to material manufacturer requirements.
• Repair existing roofs or install new ones.
• Lay, cut, and tack roofing materials.
• Work with waterproof rubber or thermoplastic compounds.
• Operate a wide variety of construction tools and equipment safely.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of roofing experience as a skilled laborer.
• Experience running crews.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (preferred).

The estimated salary for this position is $34.56 per hour, plus DBA Health & Welfare.
