Exercise Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Exercise Therapist to join our team at Infinity Rehab. As an Exercise Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing low-intensity progressive exercise and activity programs to older adult patients as directed by a Physical Therapist and/or responsible Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Provides low-intensity progressive exercise and activity programs to older adult patients in a safe and effective manner.
Employs strategies to gain patient's participation and engagement with activity.
Follows treatment plans as directed and in accordance with department procedures and standards.
Monitors patient's response to intervention and able to adapt strategies to meet the individual needs of the patient.
Requirements
High school diploma and post-secondary course work in biological sciences, medical terminology, communication and conflict resolution, basic life support, first aid, or similar required.
Current CPR certification required.
0-2 years related experience with exercise, activity, and/or older adults preferred.
Must be able to work independently, take initiative, and be dependable.
