Job Overview:

Maintenance Associates are the backbone of the Blink team, dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members. They are responsible for ensuring the club is spotless, from the entrance to the training areas, and that all equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch, and all training areas are immaculately clean and free of debris.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean the reception areas and offices to the Blink standard of excellence, and stock locker rooms with necessary supplies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment and ability to identify dirty areas.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally.
  • Cleaning Experience: Experience in handling and using cleaning products, and ability to organize and keep storage areas orderly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
