Role Summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality images of the body using x-ray equipment, working closely with radiologists to interpret results, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the exam process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general radiology exams, portable exams, and fluoroscopic procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Produce high-quality images for interpretation, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Acquire, archive, transmit, and print images via PACS, ensuring seamless communication with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam, providing clear instructions and education as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation, addressing equipment malfunctions and reporting issues to management and the help desk
  • Assist with scheduling procedures, monitor patient priority, and process billing in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and in good standing
  • Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist
