Job Summary

As a FT Lead PFS at The GIANT Company, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to GIANT Direct customers while training and developing GIANT Direct Shoppers. You will promote positive customer engagement through customer service, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and manage GIANT Direct operations in accordance with standard practices of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to GIANT Direct customers
  • Train and develop GIANT Direct Shoppers
  • Manage GIANT Direct operations, including scheduling and ordering supplies
  • Lead a team of GIANT Direct team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Work with store and department management to address operational issues and provide feedback

Requirements
  • Meets minimum age requirements (based on state regulations)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Problem solver with ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements
