Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including the removal of trash and cartons.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks in the receiving area, and unpacking merchandise while inspecting for damage.
  • Attach price tags to merchandise as directed, and assist customers with wrapping and loading of "take with" purchases.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in general maintenance or warehouse-related position preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of basic lifting techniques for heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
