Dialysis Nurse Opportunity in Outpatient Setting

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
You will be responsible for delivering care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Building meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Being part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Delivering care to patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- ICU, Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is desirable but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is also preferred.
We offer a competitive total rewards package, which includes a salary ranging from $$61,340 - $83,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
