Our educators are equipped with the skills to address the socio-emotional development of middle school students while emphasizing writing and discourse. The goal is to empower students with the confidence to express their unique voices. Teachers will receive training in various evidence-based instructional methods to enhance discussions, inspire a passion for reading, and promote student agency. By the end of eighth grade, students will be well-prepared for the academic rigor and independence required in high school.

- Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves authentically.
- Support students in selecting independent reading materials that align with their interests and foster a love for reading.
2. Assessment and Data Utilization
