Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing behaviors, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of individuals in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement evidence-based behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors
  • Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
  • Other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or a valid license as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Pathology, or another related field
  • Experience working with children ages 0-21, providing one-to-one in-home or center-based ABA treatment services
