Senior Software Engineer, Frontend:

We're seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll own large parts of our product architecture, collaborate with design to define the product, and help the business meet its goals. You'll also contribute to our go-to-market strategy and help drive decisions outside of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll help define lasting processes and own critical parts of our product, providing real ownership on high-priority projects.
  • You'll primarily focus on improving existing products and creating new ones, delivering significant value to our customers.
  • You'll create team-wide systems from scratch, shaping our engineering team's processes and culture.
  • You'll interact with our users daily to gather feedback and troubleshoot issues.
  • You'll work closely with our product designer, product manager, and business team to scope large projects and execute against them.
  • You'll be part of a dynamic engineering team and company culture that values collaboration, transparency, and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with front-end web development.
  • Excitement to tackle complex technical problems, such as frontend performance, homegrown charting libraries, and resilient testing infrastructure.
  • Experience with React, Redux, and Typescript is preferred.

Compensation: $170-210k base + equity
