At Uptown Rehabilitation Center - Albuquerque, NM, we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Unit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage and provide safe patient care.
- Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Identify educational needs of staff and develop training programs to address these needs, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- Oversee medication management, ensuring adequate supplies and adherence to company policy.
- Provide direct patient care, maintaining skills and expertise to deliver exceptional care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.
- At least one year of nurse management experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- A competitive hourly rate of $34 - $37.
