Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities
  • Assist practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, and ancillary tests.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining exam rooms, lab areas, and treatment rooms.
  • Draw blood, prepare paperwork for laboratory pick-up, and perform urine drug screens.
  • Dispense medications as directed by practitioners and in accordance with state regulations.
  • Operate clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and peers.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
  • Current registration/license in the state where employed.
  • Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification.
  • At least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or a related field.
