Building Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Falcon School District 49 is seeking a highly skilled Building Custodial Technician to join our team at Falcon High School. This is a full-year position, working 261 days per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Building Manager and work collaboratively to maintain a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Starting pay is $20.11 per hour to $25.67 per hour depending on previous experience.
  • Previous experience as a custodian or maintenance technician is preferred.
