**Job Title: Millwright Foreman**

**Job Description**

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Millwright Foreman to lead a crew of 5 workers, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and quality standards are met. The Foreman will communicate with the owner onsite as needed, read blueprints, and assemble conveyors/equipment. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in stick welding and pneumatics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead a crew of 5 workers to ensure project completion on time and to quality standards

Communicate with the owner onsite as needed

Read blueprints and assemble conveyors/equipment

Possess proficiency in stick welding and pneumatics

**Requirements:**

5+ years of experience as a millwright

Ability to run a crew of 5 workers

Ability to read blueprints

Stick welding and pneumatics skills

**Work Environment:**

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 months. The work environment will be 1-hour radius around OH, with 10% overnight work requiring hotel stays. The work will be 50% outside and 50% inside, but could be up to 70% outside depending on workload.
