At Cynet Systems, we are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our desktop infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, Video Conferencing systems, and IT-to-IT support for Workforce Enablement products.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting, data gathering, and GAP analysis for issues impacting end users globally.
  • Ensure consistent processes, procedures, and technologies are utilized across the enterprise environment.
  • Document recurring issues in the Knowledge Base and track case status and tasks/work completed with end users in the ITSM system.
  • Follow the critical incident process and required safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
  • 5 years combined experience in supporting technologies such as Mobile Device Management, Active Directory Administration, Windows 10 Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Video Conferencing systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems, and desktop software.
  • Experience with writing business requirements, process flows, functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and end user documentation.
