Responsibilities- Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the exterior.
- Identify and verify the identity of incoming patrons entering the sportsbook.
- Monitor the alarm system and surveillance cameras.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees, and resolve complaints and issues involving both guests and employees.
- Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
- Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as property damage, theft, guest or employee accidents, or unusual occurrences.
- Act as a dispatcher to relay information, messages, and/or emergencies to or from appropriate personnel using telephones or two-way radios.
- Render appropriate first aid to injured persons and follow established protocol for reporting injuries.
- Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene to prevent further loss or damage, advise personnel of threats and potential threats, summon emergency responders to the incident, and initiate and conduct evacuation procedures.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned equipment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- One (1) year customer service experience.
- Valid Driver License.
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $14.23 to $ Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing RequirementsAs an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations, which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks, which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
About Our BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits, paid time off, holidays, employee resource groups, and more. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
