Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to perform non-invasive ultrasound examinations, demonstrating technical skills and knowledge to assess patient status and provide quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, adhering to national patient safety initiatives and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Deliver timely, compassionate, and quality patient care, promoting a patient-focused environment.
  • Assist in the interpretation of ultrasound data, providing preliminary impressions as necessary.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, maintaining open communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Active ARDMS certification required.
  • At least 18 months of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
