Position Overview:
As a key member of our expanding team, you will take on the role of an Insurance Underwriter specializing in Medical Malpractice and Allied Healthcare Professional Liability. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape a new division within a reputable Managing General Agent (MGA) backed by a strong international holding company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead an underwriting team dedicated to a diverse portfolio, including but not limited to: Physicians, Hospitals, Medical Spas, Surgery Centers, Pharmacies, Home Healthcare, Medical Imaging Labs, and Hospice Care Facilities.
  • Build, manage, and enhance a profitable book of business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with wholesale brokers in the industry.
  • Drive the growth of the underwriting division, ensuring its success and profitability.
