Job DescriptionAt Diesel Barbershop, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team of skilled barbers and stylists. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and styling services to our clients.

We're a fun, diverse, and inclusive environment that values creativity and self-expression. Our shops are designed to be welcoming and enjoyable for both our clients and our team members.

We offer a competitive hourly pay, retail commission, productivity bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement. Our benefits package also includes two weeks of paid vacation, PTO every six months, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive to work prepared and on time
  • Keep a clean and organized work area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services
  • Be kind to clients and team members

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior background specializing in men's hair
  • Current Texas Barber or Cosmetologist license
