Position Overview:

  • Extensive experience in leading and managing infrastructure and operations teams.
  • Proficient in overseeing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud resources.
  • Expertise in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of technological frameworks.
  • Ability to craft and execute infrastructure and operations strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong skills in budget management and resource allocation for technology infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and development.
  • Expertise in disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure and operations, such as cloud computing and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive technology initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  • Thorough understanding of IT service management and operational best practices.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT service management, and operational roles.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
