Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Professional Engineer License in the State of Wisconsin

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing site improvements for commercial, government, healthcare, or higher education projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil Design 3D, HydroCAD
- Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings
- Strong understanding of Financial Management; experience in reviewing and approving budgets for other project managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with independent judgement being essential
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to create layout drawings from sketches and specifications
