Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting timely and professional reviews of audit engagement processes carried out by the audit team
  • Executing thorough audit procedures on various accounts within the income statement and balance sheet as required
  • Understanding client service dynamics and utilizing firm resources to provide exceptional client support
  • Effectively employing technology tools in daily tasks and demonstrating a commitment to improving work processes through technological advancements
  • Exhibiting problem-solving abilities by recognizing issues and proposing practical solutions that meet client needs while considering the firm's risk profile
  • Adhering to deadlines and budgets, while proactively communicating any discrepancies
  • Assisting in the mentorship, development, and coaching of junior staff members
  • Participating in presentations at board and audit committee meetings
  • Building personal referral networks and clientele while actively participating in team marketing efforts
We are seeking candidates who possess a forward-thinking approach and:
  • Experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills with individuals from various backgrounds and experience levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Capacity to maintain professional client relationships
  • A solid understanding of current auditing and accounting standards
  • A desire to mentor and guide fellow professionals
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant audit experience
  • Active CPA license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
