Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at CommonSpirit Health. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, Progressive Care, and ED units.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current WA State RN license.
- 1 or more years recent RN experience with critical care patients.
- CPR certification.
- Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- ACLS certification.
