Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents in a 24-hour operation at Friendship Village, a premier Life Plan Community. The ideal candidate will have a strong positive attitude toward customer service and a genuine interest in geriatric care.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, toileting, bathing, and exercising. Record vital signs, nourishment logs, and other patient records as necessary. Maintain organized and fully stocked bedside units. Change linens, make beds, and keep resident rooms tidy. Respond to all call lights promptly. Assist in assuring the maximum quality of life for all residents by maintaining privacy, accommodating individual preference, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in facility activities and events.

Requirements:

Under the supervision of the Director of Nurses, the Certified Nursing Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional resident care and maintaining relationships with staff and residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
