- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, maintaining accurate records and schedules.
- Maintain census data and submit regular reports, ensuring site coverage and volunteer engagement.
- Support route direction preparation and participate in community relations initiatives as needed.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a valid New York State driver's license are essential.
- Candidates must be physically capable of lifting at least 35 lbs.
