Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a prominent establishment specializing in dental implants and fixed prosthetics, is seeking a proficient Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to enhance our operations. We are dedicated to transforming lives through our comprehensive dental restoration services. At Nuvia, our CRNAs are expected to be time-efficient, self-driven, and prioritize patient safety above all. The ideal candidate will possess experience in independent practice and nasal intubation; however, we are open to training the right individual. Our CRNAs are valued leaders within the Center, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those who wish to work independently alongside Oral Surgeons.

This is a PRN position.

Start time: 6:30 AM - First procedure at 7 AM.

Contractor status: 1099.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications from recognized organizations
  • Ability to secure and maintain professional malpractice insurance
  • Experience in dental anesthesia is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia using nasal intubation for comprehensive dental implant procedures in an office setting
  • Collaborate with dental and surgical teams to optimize and implement anesthesia plans
  • Ensure the safe and effective administration of anesthesia by adhering to established protocols
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and educate patients on options and associated risks
  • Maintain precise documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse occurrences
  • Stay informed on evidence-based practices in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment
