About the Role

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team as a Clinique Brand Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting the Clinique brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets for the Clinique brand, while providing personalized service to our guests, including makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Clinique products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits to guests.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Clinique brand area, and ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and faced.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
  • Experience: Previous cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent mobility during shift.
  • Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift.
  • Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift.
  • Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift.
