Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bottling Line Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bronco Wine Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bottling lines, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on bottling line equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring production goals are met.
  • Quality Control: Inspect equipment and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: Previous experience in a production or maintenance role, preferably in the wine industry.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as process control and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced production environment with moving machinery, occasional high noise levels, and exposure to solvents/chemicals.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Wear side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection, and proper footwear when in the production facility.
