About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at HumanGood, a leading nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-directed care to our residents, promoting their independence and participation in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
  • Provide exemplary care to residents, including basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities.
  • Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program.
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$23.00.
  • Shift differential for PM, NOC, and all Weekend shifts.
  • Shift differential for extra shifts picked up.
