All Medical Personnel is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Perioperative Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our operating room staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in an operating room setting, with a strong background in surgical equipment maintenance and patient preparation. Key responsibilities will include:
• Executing proper use, care, and handling of surgical equipment to ensure safety of operating staff and patient.
• Preparing patients for surgery, including cleaning and disinfecting body areas.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient history and recovery charts.
• Monitoring patients’ physical and emotional well-being during and after surgery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• Current ACLS & BLS certification.
• Active state nursing license.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of OR experience.
• Travel experience a plus.
