We are looking for a dedicated ER Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Department. In this role, you will deliver clinical expertise to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Oversee the efficient flow of patients, including triage, screening, and preparation for examinations.
- Provide general nursing care and coordinate testing and admissions.
- Educate patients and their families on medications and treatment plans.
- Maintain and update patient records, including test results and examination notes.
- Administer medications as per physician directives.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure (active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire if compact license is held).
- Possess a Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred).
- Have prior experience in an acute care environment (strongly preferred).
- Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association.
- Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Achieve Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and/or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certifications within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Acquire NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills, a commitment to service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
