The Auto Body Technician's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each customer's vehicle. This includes disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles while working in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs. Key responsibilities include planning repair work, preparing cost estimates for customers, and using various tools to repair sections of a vehicle.

Key Requirements
- Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
- Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work safely in a noisy area

Working Conditions
This role requires working in a noisy area with many odors present and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
